Home Hive offers plumbing, handyman, solar installation, home security, home improvements, and home warranty services. Service descriptions are for general guidance only. Final scope determined during on-site assessment.

Quotes valid for 30 days. Written approval required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required for projects over $1,000
• Balance due upon job completion
• We accept credit cards, checks, bank transfers
• 3% fee for credit card payments over $500
• 1.5% monthly late fee after 30 days

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation before work begins (deposit refunded minus 3% fee)
• 24-hour notice required for scheduled appointments
• $50 fee for no-shows or less than 24-hour cancellations
• Non-refundable materials ordered specifically for your job

6. Warranty

• 1-year workmanship warranty on labor
• Manufacturer warranties on parts/materials
• Excludes normal wear, misuse, or homeowner modifications
• Home warranty services per contract terms

• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content
• Form submissions grant us contact permission (see Privacy Policy)
• We reserve right to modify services/pricing without notice

Our liability limited to service cost paid. Not responsible for:
